What is a Patient Advocate?

A Patient Advocate is available to address any concerns you or your child may have while being in our care. The Advocate rounds on the care units talking with children and checking to see if any have questions or concerns. You may Reach the Patient Advocate at 1-330-545-7913. If you do not reach a live Advocate, please leave a message and you will receive a return phone call. In an immediate situation, you may contact the main hospital at 1-800-423-5666 and ask for the Administrator on Call.
